Mildred M.G. Olivier, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Mildred M.G. Olivier, MD, is Professor of Ophthamology at John H. Stroger, Jr., Hospital at Cook County, Midwestern University, and Olympia Fields Osteopathic Hospital. She is currently the CEO and founder of Midwest Glaucoma Center, P.C. Dr. Olivier received her bachelor's degree from Loyola University and her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, formerly The Chicago Medical School. She completed her residency at Columbia University at Harlem Hospital Center in New York. She completed her Fellowship at the Kresge Eye Institute at Wayne State University under the direction of Dong Shin, MD, PhD.

Anjali Parekh, M.D.
Dr. Parekh completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan majoring in Biology and English. She then earned her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. During medical school she was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and was awarded the Chicago Medical School Board of Trustees Scholarship for Academic Achievement in Clinical Training and the American Society for Clinical Pathology Award for Academic Excellence.
She completed her residency at the Shiley Eye Center and her glaucoma fellowship at the Hamilton Glaucoma Center at the University of California San Diego. Dr. Parekh has coauthored several publications to date in peer reviewed ophthalmology journals. She has presented her clinical research at the American Glaucoma Society and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology meetings.
She is currently a board certified ophthalmologist who holds membership in the American Academy of Ophthalmology, The American Glaucoma Society, and Women In Ophthalmology. She completed a uveitis fellowship at Northwestern.
